OpenCourt PH ("we", "us", or "our") operates the OpenCourt PH mobile application and website. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our service.
1. Information We Collect
Profile Information
You may provide additional details such as a profile photo, city, preferred sports, and a short bio.
Booking & Payment Information
When you reserve a court or join an event we record the booking details and payment information needed to complete the transaction. This includes gateway checkout metadata and payment status updates from our payment processor.
Court Listing Data
Court owners provide listing information including court name, address, sports offered, hourly rates, amenities, and photos.
Usage & Device Data
We automatically collect device type, operating system, app version, IP address, and general usage analytics to improve performance and stability.
Location Data
With your permission, we access your device location to show nearby courts on the map. You can revoke this permission at any time in your device settings.
Camera & Photo Access
If you grant permission, we use your camera and photo library so you can upload court photos and profile images.
Advertising ID
We do not use the Android Advertising ID for tracking or advertising purposes.

With Other Users
Your public profile name and photo are visible to other users. Court owners see the name and contact details of users who book their courts.

We work with trusted third-party services for hosting, analytics, and payment processing. These providers only access data necessary to perform their functions.

We may disclose information when required by law, regulation, or legal process, or to protect the rights and safety of OpenCourt PH and its users.
No Sale of Data

4. Data Retention
Active Accounts
We retain your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service.
Deleted Accounts
When you request account deletion, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g. resolving disputes).
Booking Records
Completed booking and payment records may be retained for up to 12 months for accounting and dispute resolution purposes.

Age Requirement
OpenCourt PH is not intended for children under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we learn that we have collected data from a child under 18, we will delete it promptly.

Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy in the app and updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
